    I just found you after eight miscarriages and five years of research. Everything you’re saying is right and I’m living proof. I’m compound heterozygous and i just had my healthy baby after changing my diet, detoxing heavy metals, healing my gut and supporting my methylation cicle. I’m so grateful and proud I’m in charge of my health. I feel better than ever!
    Thank you for all this info!
    One thing I would like you to add to these MTHFR series is the evil shots. I know it’s scary but you should be raising awareness also in that field 🙏🏻♥️

      @Fa Stolov, congratulations on taking charge of your health and having a healthy baby! I think that everyone needs to pay far more attention to their health because so many health issues are overlooked by the medical profession. Please keep sharing your knowledge as it will help many other people. Blessings.

    Be careful with Tea Tree oil as that has a lot of phytoestrogens. When you're dealing the the MTHFR gene or genes, remember it alters our phase 2 detox pathway hindering a significant reduction in the body's ability to detox estrogen thus leading to estrogen dominance/toxicity (adding even more overall toxicity to an already toxic body). Lavender has those phytoestrogens too. When the body can't properly detox these things must be taken into account.

    Lots of us with MTHFR mutations ALSO have histamine intolerance. In that case bone broth would be a SERIOUSLY BAD IDEA.. Fermented foods seem like the wrong thing to recommend to MTHFR people to start with

      My histamine reaction manifests as migraines, itchy skin, sneezing, digestive issues. Bone broth wreaks havoc on my GI. Sometimes citrus or carbonated drinks will also trigger headaches. Taking glutathione to detox, histamine blocker supplements, and quecertin have really helped. I need to pick up dry brushing again 👍

      My thought too. And a lot of people with MTHFR have MCAS, which means no strawberries or any berries at all.

      @@humaalimd6004 Other professionals are required to keep up with developments after they graduate from school. For example, lawyers must keep up with new laws - they lose their license if they don't have an updated understanding of the law. Yet doctors seem to have no problem saying they don't keep up with research/science. Doctors who don't do so should lose their licenses. They are failing in meeting their fiduciary duties.

    • @humaalimd6004
      @humaalimd6004 2 роки тому +4

      @@anonanonymous1970 correct. We are supposed to keep up but only in our respective areas. Medicine was mostly taught as population based and trend toward personalization has been a recent trend. I’m studying personalized medicine but let’s a an ent physician or a surgeon may not see it as necessary

    • @anonanonymous1970
      @anonanonymous1970 2 роки тому +1

      @@humaalimd6004 But there are people with Master's degrees in public health - that's who is supposed to be "population-based." Doctors are supposed to always be individualized - which is why they have fiduciary duties to each of their clients/patients. That's not a "trend" - it's a binding legal duty! And MTHFR impacts all areas of medicine so ALL doctors should have a detailed understanding of it.
      I honestly cannot believe I have to explain this to a doctor - which shows how big of a problem this is. You all need to get it together and actually start fulfilling your legal duties to patients and keep abreast of new research... Like the rest of us do!

    This was so helpful. I’ve been struggling for years and recently at the age of 47, they tell me I’ve had the Mthfr gene. Reading up on it and yea, sounds like me. But, I upped my vitamins because they were also saying I was anemic. I am taking a prenatal to get a big boost. But, it has folic acid, not folate. And I kept hearing about the methyfolate, but hadn’t looked into it. Going to be changing my vitamin regimen after my dr does extra blood work soon. I was also way over my B12 levels, which doesn’t sound bad, but, I’m sure you know, can have side affects.

      Genetics would suggest that your child has a 50% chance of having the gene since half of his genes come you. You can always use the advice presented here as it will still help even if he doesn't have the gene.
