i was 10 years old at this game, ill never ever forget the feeling i had during this game. seeing the sea of charger powder blue. i felt at home. This game serves a reminder to me that we did have fans and im hopeful that one day we'll be able to sell out so fi
Fifth ranked defense in yards, eighth ranked defense in points allowed and fifth ranked running game in 2007. Kerry Collins, who was the Titans' backup, actually had a better passer rating than Vince Young did that year.
Escobar Salvador and Collins finished 13-3 the next season with like 14 passing TDs, that team didn't need a QB until the playoffs where it held them back
Olu Amure except they were founded in 1995 and made the playoffs 4 seasons in a row from '96-'99 and played in a couple AFC Championships... That being said. Fuck the Jaguars, and Go Titans!
+Olu Amure that because David Garrard was at qb not blake bortles trash ass and jack del rio was the head man at that u right tho does feel like for since jax been in the playoffs are really talked about period
Those Titans were the worst 10-win team ever- they had more wins than passing touchdowns (9) A damn shame Cleveland missed out and instead we got to see this.
Poor Mccree every single life long San Diego sports fan hates him but that 06 game was more of the team fumbling the game then people realize let alone the gm and owner moves around that time to today
+Gameshowboy 92 Not really. Chargers went 11-5, but still ended up being in the wild card (this game). Also, the Browns went 10-6 that year, but ended up missing the playoffs.
Gameshowboy 92 not really, the AFC had the two best teams in the league (Pats and Indy) plus a few of the best defenses (steelers and titans) and one of the hottest teams to end the regular season (San Diego)
Travis Jacobson right. what the actual fuck? these refs been fucking up for a long ass time the bullshit with the rams and saints this year is nothing new. they been fucking calls up constantly for decades
@@voltures27 just because the forward progress stopped doesnt automatically stopped the play. if the refs see that the player still has chance to make a play they let the it run for a couple more secs. i dont see how is this a surprise to you guys since theres been tons of plays like this when the defense stops the forward progress, but the ball carrier manages to break off and makes a huge play. if the whistle isnt blown then continue playing
more proof that the refs have been fucking up calls for decades and decades, I think human referees in the NFL have about run their course. we as fans who support the NFL and the players who sacrifice for the love of the game deserve fucking better.

Yall gotta give it time
Fuck those traitors
Being a life long chargers fan and looking back at the past several seasons it still feels like this should of been our year to win it all :/
Shane Mulligan that or the year before. 14-2 yikes
If it wasn't for the Cheatriots.
Yeah dude, I’ve been going back on all our play off appearances in the 2000’s
Ah little baby... The Patriots beat your weak ass team twice that year.
@@anthonyhutchins2300 your probably a raiders fan 😂
I was at that game. The energy was crazy at the Q when LT jumped over the top for that memorable TD!
7:29 Michael Griffin been the GOAT at taking bad angles since 08
Holy shit young had 9 tds 17 ints and they made the playoffs?? must of had an amazing running game and defense.

Listen to that stadium brings back memories they will never get that type of support in L.A.
They were never going to get a stadium in San Diego.
I forgot Vince Young actually played in the playoffs once.
Wow. Mind blown.
I was a freshman in High school during this I'll never forget the reaching touchdown LT got on 4th down
8:02 He's wearing an L.A. hat. Foreshadowing

Olu Amure except they were founded in 1995 and made the playoffs 4 seasons in a row from '96-'99 and played in a couple AFC Championships... That being said. Fuck the Jaguars, and Go Titans!

Sad to see Gates go down in this game but glad Bolts won
Those Titans were the worst 10-win team ever- they had more wins than passing touchdowns (9)
A damn shame Cleveland missed out and instead we got to see this.
You earned a new sub LOL
7:28 what a fun guy to watch play
Was this the last play off win in Qualcomm stadium? Rip Vincent Jackson.
Nope. It was the following season. The 2008/2009 AFC Wild Card game against the Colts.
I know this was Vince Young's second season but Marcus Mariota now is set to break Young's rookie records as a Titans Rookie QB.
Young suck
We need a season like this again let's go chargers
Hopefully the new defensive pieces produce and our offensive line learns how to run block again
Another 8-8 season? No, what we need is a 14-2 season again, but winning a super bowl.
+Rocki - Madden Highlights and More! I agree Sunday's are cut short when they don't make to the playoffs
+Rocki - Madden Highlights and More! that wasn't an 8-8 season they were 11-5
Steven Rangel I know, just realized that earlier.
i never understood why Rivers trusted Chambers on those deep ball, 80% of the time Chambers would give up on the play and it would get Int
Victor Monroy cause it’s his wr

Was this the Last home playoff game for the chargers in San Diego?
that was with the Jets in 2009
9 td 17 int for young how the hell did they make the playoffs lol
+Troy Tabulov The AFC was weak in 2007.
run game and good defense
+Gameshowboy 92 Not really. Chargers went 11-5, but still ended up being in the wild card (this game). Also, the Browns went 10-6 that year, but ended up missing the playoffs.
+Boulson - Clash Of Clans Pittsburgh-Jacksonville was a great game
Gameshowboy 92 not really, the AFC had the two best teams in the league (Pats and Indy) plus a few of the best defenses (steelers and titans) and one of the hottest teams to end the regular season (San Diego)
Where's the sound?
Should be sound, I have it on my PC.
8:34 WOW
shottenmeir was the best
That was a Turner led team.
Rivers just bailing us out again like always. No Gates, LT not showing up like every playoff game…
Go Titans
LT forward progess was stopped, should have been turnover on downs. 10-6 Titans ball with 8:46 left at the 1 yard line
Travis Jacobson right. what the actual fuck? these refs been fucking up for a long ass time the bullshit with the rams and saints this year is nothing new. they been fucking calls up constantly for decades

That Kris Brown and I believe Lyndale White fumbles killed my boys in this game. Vince's only playoff game. 😢
VW DT
That was the next year against Baltimore in the Divisional Round with Kerry Collins
They could of won rings w vy if used him and didnt try to destroy him
Doesn't show that cheap shot on lights out...
Should've been the Browns
Vince young thought he was a special player
I miss the Turner era more exciting
I miss the Marty era!

Ref's are Mafia employees and they will also program any AI
Chargers were lucky.
Because LT didn't cross the endzone line.
