IVAN DEMIDOV IS A MONTREAL CANADIEN
The Montreal Canadiens made a huge statement in the 2024 NHL Draft, selecting Ivan Demidov at fifth overall, and putting the Habs fanbase into a frenzy. Scott and Laura discuss the immediate impact he can make on this organization, and if he is now the definitive top prospect in the pool.
There were rumors that the team might trade their second, first-round pick after moving up in the Draft earlier in the day. Kent Hughes however stood firm, and landed Michael Hage from the Chicago Steel. Hage was this show's mock draft pick, and apparently the target of the Habs, so the good vibes are off the charts for Montreal fans!
