2 tomato paste
Chola Masala Powder:
1 tsp cumin seeds.
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp Fenugreek leaves
cinnamon stick
4-6 cloves
1 mace
½ tsp pepper corns
2 whole red chilli
Tadka:
1 tbsp ghee/ oil
coriander
ginger
