Nice, if youre looking for some plans as a starting point go to my site, no charge.. www.smokeandhammer.com/heikoxl84 Though if you get a 2017 model with new hinge make sure to measure all dimnesions on grill before determining your shelf height. The redesigned it and its much larger and bulkier.
Just wondering what the thought process is for the spaces in the siding? Is there a reason, other than looks, why you didn't put them on tight together? I'm just thinking that if I want to store charcoal in there making it more water tight would be a good idea. Just wanted to make sure that I'm not missing anything. Thanks!
Ive stored charcoal in there for years, never had an issue with it getting wet there isnt really enough of a gap for water to get in there. I think I initially did it cause I liked the look of the spacing. The added benefit of it spaced out is, I beleive, youre less likely to develop any kind of mold or funk inside the cabinet, but at the end of the day im sure it could work either way... Good Luck!
This looks pretty cool! I am planning on getting a Kamado Joe Big Joe and building a table for it.

When are you putting out the final part of the video? I would like to see the finished product before beginning my build. Thanks!
Coming soon, still editing sorry for the delay.
Can you talk about your saw set up? brand, model etc..
Can this be used outdoors? I figured with the particle board draws they would warp.
How long did this take? Way too complicated for a grill table. If outside those nice tolerances will not stay that way
