Shes objectivley better post operation. Sagging skin is gross. I am nearly 3 weeks post op myself, had a neck lift and I'm gen z, not some 40 year old. Been needing one because my genetics cursed me with very hard to burn off neck fat. Even when I was at my lowest weight after graduating marine corps boot camp, 13% body fat, I still had chin fat. It's an awful feeling KNOWING that you look obese by juat your face. Some of us have to pay to even look normal like the rest of you. How was i supposed to feel good knowing I looked like I ate 50 donuts for breakfast every morning and being 13% body fat. Oh wow I learned it the bad way lol..my surgeon never mentioned that I had a problem with my chin I did 2 double chin lipo and skin didn't stick but my problem is my chin. I had to go with another surgeon and mention about my round face chubby cheeks are so noticeable and don't go away but also have jawls since I was a preteen with 95lb weight. He mention you have extra skin because you don't have support because your missing the bone that it didn't develop since you were 10 years old when kids' faces started to change and grow. I'm 30 years old and now it's more noticeable. Doc how can we decide what chin implant would solve my problem? i had 2 syringes, and still, my chin it's to small. I'm scare that I get the same size that I have with the filler and then regret it. Also does Morphus 8 or face thighting would solve my jawls or do I need to do buccal fat and with all that I mention to get good results.
