Nice pen & ink illustrations which can be used for either pen & ink studies or for ink & wash technique.
For pen & ink studies, the illustrations are sparse and perfect technique for urban sketching practice.
You may not draw as much detail, but what's excellent about these illustrations is how few lines can convey form and architectural elements.
For ink & wash, you can either make a master copy and use watercolor or you could scan the illustration and then use a light table to trace onto watercolor paper.
For digital, there's Rebelle 4 which does a good job with digital watercolor.
