INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE :
===== झटपट डोसा =====
चावल - १ कप
उडद दाल - १/४ कप
मेथी दाना - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
दही - १/२ कप
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच
चीनी - १ छोटा चम्मच
ईनो - १ छोटा चम्मच
===== आलू का मसाला =====
खाद्य तेल - २ चम्मच
उडद दाल - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
चना दाल - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
राई - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - १, बारीक कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ इन्च
कढी पत्ता - ७ से ८ पत्ते
सूखी लाल मिर्च - १, साबुत
प्याज (मध्यम आकार) - १, कटा हुआ
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
आलू (बडा आकार) - १, उबला हुआ
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)
नीम्बू का रस - १ छोटा चम्मच
===== नारियल की चटनी =====
चना दाल - १/४ कप
नारियल (कटा हुआ) - २ चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - १, कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ इन्च
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
नीम्बू का रस - १ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - १ चम्मच
राई - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
उडद दाल - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
सूखी लाल मिर्च - १, साबुत
हींग - १ चुटकी
कढी पत्ता - ५ से ७ पत्ते
===== Instant Dosa =====
Rice - 1 cup
Split Black Gram - ¼ cup
Fenugreek seeds - ¼ tsp
Curd/ Yogurt - ½ cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
ENO (fruit salt) - 1 tsp
===== Aloo Masala =====
Edible Oil - 2 table spoon
Split Black Gram - ½ tsp
Split Chickpeas - ½ tsp
Black Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Green Chilli - 1, finely chopped
Ginger - ½ inch
Curry leaf - 7 to 8 leaves
Dried Red Chilli - 1, whole
Onion (medium size) - 1, chopped
Salt - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Potato (big size) - 1, boiled
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
===== Coconut Chutney =====
Split Chickpeas - ¼ cup
Coconut (chopped) - 2 table spoon
Green Chilli - 1, chopped
Ginger - ½ inch
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Edible Oil - 1 table spoon
Black Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Split Black gram - ½ tsp
Dried Red Chilli - 1, whole
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
