@@dicesof8 I've actually got the GoPro in my mouth haha I got it originally for my JetSki but it worked pretty well for this. I do plan to change over to a hat clip since biting down on the mouth mount for 15-20min at a time is a pain.
You can tell apart the 2.0 vs the smaller 1.5 engines very easily. If the vehicle has the dual chrome exhaust ports as this one does in the video. It's the 2.0 engine. Which in my humble opinion is the engine that GMC SHOULD have made standard. Instead of the smaller one as they did from 2021 forward.
If you are in the market for a Terrain, get the 2020. This is the last year GMC offered the 2L Turbo @252 hp. All you can get now is the 1.5L Turbo @175 hp. I test drove the 2023 because I was thinking about upgrading and it is a noticeable difference.
I didn't really notice the auto engine shut-off in this video, and have read that it cannot be disabled. Was the feature enabled here and if so what did you think of it?
Yes you can you put your vehicle in L and push the + sign up 9 times which indicates the number of gears it has. And then drive as usual leaving it in the L position. However, you must do this every time you start the vehicle. As their is no dedicated @ button for the auto start/stop system.
Are these generally reliable? They are quite affordable here rn in the Gulf Region. Want to get one but we used to have a CX9 lol, just scared they're gonna be insanely unreliable. 2020, 21, 22 models seem affordable. Want to keep it for 3-4 years
You can get the 2.0 liter engine up until the 2020 model Denali or on some SLT trim equipped vehicles. They unfortunately discontinued it from 2021 forward. Which is a damn shame considering the smaller engine should have been the one to go. And the 2.0 made standard. It was a bad move on GMC's part in my honest opinion and A LOT of other folks as well.
@Tomtalker2000 apparently they scrapped it due the low volume of sales compared to the 1.5L. GM just assumed consumers wanted more savings gat the pump but totally disregarded a segment of drivers that fell in love with this vehicle and part of it is the 2.0L turbo
@@rennissmith5403 I have the 202 Terrain Denali where it is standard and they should have made it standard across the board. I test drove a 2023 and the loss of hp is felt.
Damn it sounds like shit starting up... My 2004 GMC Envoy Denali finally took a shit and this is what I was going for... But not if it sounds like that 😂
It was a chilly day for a test drive! What do you think of the 2020 GMC Terrain Denali?
Great video. Question, where was the camera set? I’m looking for something that I sit in (more like a car) and not on (big truck or Jeep)

It can be temprarily disabled when shifting to L9 which is the same as D.

They have a device you can plug in to disable it for good
Hello, what type of transmission?

Why gmc don’t beep when you change the your line the blind spots ?
For real
Do the rear seats recline at all?
And I love General Motors
How much is it?
0 dollars and 0 cents plus tax
This is ma daily driver
So what's your take on the engine? GM gets rid of the 250hp engine, gives you 170hp on a Denali, for around $41k, meh.
