- Reaction time as a goalkeeper is very key to save many shots from close range to reacting to the ball in time from the shot. So in this video I go over way in which you can improve your reaction time and provide you with drills which can help you improve your reaction time when dealing with deflection and to improve reaction time in other scenarios. I upload football session and try to improve as a goalkeeper just showing my skill out to the internet.

I can confirm about the sleep tip.....countless times Ive done without sleep and each time my brain worked so slowly the ball passed me before I realized it. Sleep is VERY important, will significantly improve your performance than when u are sleepless.

@@OP1GK he puts a glucose pill in his sock during a game. for sugar boost so that he can control his nausea. like headaches or dizziness, which he suffers from before and after games.
