From Obsidian, this game is a historical narrative-driven game focusing on character development, heavily stylized art, and choice-driven storytelling in early 16th century Bavaria. Players will play as Andreas Maler, a clever illustrator caught up in a series of murders in Tassing and Kiersau Abbey over the course of twenty five years. Players will be responsible for conducting their own investigation to decide the fate of the community, but each decision will have lasting consequences and inexorably draws Andreas closer to the center of an underlying conspiracy.

On my first playthrough, I had Ottilia executed. Second time was Ferenc - though I do wonder why he would bury the murder weapons then make a code pointing to their location. I'll accuse someone else next time.

I don’t think it was Ferenc based on the fact that you can find the grave disturbed the night before the murder. Doesn’t really make sense to bury the rod there, dig it back up in the morning, and then rebury it after the murder. If you have a meal with Smokey, he’ll tell you he saw Ferenc cut himself to use his own blood in a ritual - so I think it was Ferenc’s blood on the silver rod he buried.
