I'm gonna try making some of the more original and dated recipes I saw in this, already did peas pottage a few times with hunks of smoked pork and found a place that does good rye bread.
Inn At The Crossroads does historical and modern food recipes and finds a way to blend them together. A lot of period recipes can be jarring to a modern palette, but they toe the line really well. (Highly recommend their black beer bread recipes).
