Mj Try getting your charisma as high as possible. Level it up, get the bobble head for it, wear charisma clothes, etc. And grape mentats too. And the perk that lowers prices. Only if you really want them that is! Because theyre the only way to get LEGENDARY and HEAVY combat armor easily

I think it does depend on the level, I watched another video to find where the other combat armor was (The plane crash) There was a legendary raider that had the combat armor on. But all I got was a ton of ghouls.

This dude below me is a perfect example. This kid is bringing in more add revenue from this video than the amount of income some of u guys make in a month.

Mountaindude - all items on enemies (armor, weapons, powerarmor) in FO4 spawn accordingly to your current level. So if you went to Hub City at level 12 you would probably get leather chest pieces and maybe a T45 power armor chest piece or no power armor at all. If you went there at level 70 you would get the best - heavy combat armor, combat rifles, assault rifles, T60 power armor etc.
Good video man! I've played fallout many times and I've found the HCA at Quincy ruins also. I wouldn't recommend going there at low levels. The enemy's are very difficult to kill. I know its neen like 3 years since you posted the vid but keep up the good work bro!

Yes, Hub City Auto Wreckers is a great place to farm for heavy combat armour and you may find one or two legendary gunners, too. Note that enemies will tend to level with you. Gunner's plaza is good, too, as well as Quincy Ruins, but you're right in that there are some difficult fights. They use fat man launchers, missile launchers and a constant barrage of grenades.

Once you reach the higher levels you can sometimes get the missing pieces at Atom Cats Garage,buy them from the guy in the building in back and also in Good Neighbor from the vender next to the gun shop.

Hi, a tip... for the second place, that you have problems to pass, use strategy, I saw you are afiliated with the institute... throw an assault of sinths on the place... they will dictract the gunners and you blow them at a secure place

After I cleared this area I found the captain wearing the od green heavy combat armor, wish it was shadowed, and this is the 2nd video I've watched, and 2nd place I've cleared to get Heavy Combat Armor with each one missing the Right Arm! That's just weird. Thanks for the vid though. Bethesda apparently really wants to make it hard to get that right arm. I DO PREFER THIS SIGHT OVER THE QUINCY RUINS AREA. THAT AREA HAS THE SAME GEAR BUT YOU HAVE TO KILL 2 MEN IN POWER ARMOR AS WELL TO GET THE SAME HEAVY COMBAT ARMOR. (I'm not a huge fan of power armor, I'd rather have souped up synth or combat armor.)

That particular NPC is a rare encounter and he appears in A TON of other locations, it's like a 1/10 chance he'll spawn there.
