I’m looking at the used sportbike market for my next motorcycle. I’m thinking of Gen 1 or Gen 2 Hayabusa, Yamaha R1, R6, or potentially even a Honda CBR1000RR.

Hi Amy i ride a zx12r & have ridden many 1000cc sport bikes, yes they handle better & maybe faster with the top end rush but they just lack that instant grunt or torque a big ninja or busa has. Big bores or v.twin 👌 good luck with the search 😊

Hey thanks that’s good to know! I jumped from GSXR750 to my ZX14R and then Busa so yea never experienced a “liter bike” lol.

used market is more expensive these days in everything not just bikes, I suppose due to the lowball offers they get.
I bet they would be okay dropping off few hundreds if you are actual buyer
