I've been working towards this, coming from an introvert who bare spoke to strangers most of my life, especially women I found attractive. I now make a point to say hey to everyone, at every given chance. If appropriate, afterwards I make a point t to ask/remember their name, introduce myself, & use Their Name next I see them. I look to give compliments when I can too. Just this alone has boost my social confidence to a level I've never had before. It's honestly life changing!

I was really ugly and lazy before, but after i started watching your videos and putting everything to the test i slightly improved my looks, then also gained the confidence to ask my crush out...
