There are things call laws that even judges needed to abide to, so don’t blame the judge, blame the people who chose this.

Dacă a văzut că ține, a plusat : a cerut/primit eliberare condiționată !
În total a executat doar un an și jumătate din cei zece la cât a fost condamnat!

I'm surprised he got even sentenced, in countries like this a woman is less than a gum on your show sole, I mean, he beat her up for 8 hrs until she died and he only got 24 years, that's nothing compared to what he did.
You don't know what you're talking about. You realize that women make up more than half of all judges in Kazakhstan? 8 hours long beating is not true either, can you imagine anyone capable of beating 8 hours long?
