The end line of Eren saying "bring it on, Reiner" is iconic. We had to wait from May 2021 to Feb 2022 for the episodes after this one. That was a bad 9 months.
it ended in march, and part 2 came out in January, so it was a 10 month wait.
AoT is the king of long waits. A 5/6 year long wait to find out what was in the basement!
wait from season 1-2 was egregious too
Man, I only remembered the season two when it was launched because eren warned me in the paths. I would lose this piece of art otherwise
i was excited to wait for the next episode and my friend told me the hard truth 😂 i was heartbroken
Now the next half of the 4th season and the 2 special episodes are one of the greatest moments in tv history, the GOAT show

@@cookidF Well it definitely peaks from 19-20, and doesnt come close to them heights until Dawn of humanity. which is like Ep28. Then peaks again with finale. but 19/20/21 are the best 3 episodes in the show.
I didn't like the first part of the final fight but the ending was pretty good

Meh, I thought the ending was total crap, but to each his own.
It gave Grisha's perspective in season 3 then showed Zeke's. It perfectly showed the struggle and reasoning for both sides of the conflict that no other show did and no one could imagine such conflict exists when starting the show while it's all planned from the beginning with hints. Definitely could be the best show in modern era.

yep it wasnt just to greet the soldiers but to show galiiard that she is handcuffed to gabi so she cant transform. aot is even better on rewatches jon
That "Reiner" in the end is so iconic. The power of the voice of Yuuki Kaji is just in another level. Best VA so far.

Waiting for the second part of season 4 after this episode ended was the most pain I'd ever endured waiting for a show. It was built up so amazingly well and that cliff hanger fucking got me good. Top notch show, all day long, no if's or but's, just solid right up until the end. Wish I could wipe my memory and experience it all over again.

I remember watching this episode and realizing we would have to wait another 9 months to get more episodes. For the whole 9 months my consciousness was only thinking about what would happen next, watching theory videos, rewatching the show to find things I've missed, all while trying to avoid manga spoilers. 😂😂 It's genuinely the only TV show or movie to ever fully gain my attention and fascination the way this show did. It was all I thought about for months, whether it was during this hiatus or the ones in between the final two episodes of the show. Truly one of the greatest anime ever.
After all these re-watches later I'm just now realizing "nice catch" in Japanese is... nice catch. It's kinda wild how much they took to American baseball.
When you hear two sides of a story that contradict one another, its because the real truth is lost in misunderstanding.
For reference, I believe the word sterilization better describes Zekes plan, but some could argue forcible sterilization is still a form of euthanization

that scene with eren and zeke in front of the wall talking about their plan. it really bugs me and is one of the very few mistakes that the show made. why don't they just touch and carry out the plan right then and there?? why go through the convoluted path of meeting back on paradise island when they have everything they need to do it right there at that moment??
There's a lotta reason's.. but there's one super obvious one.. Eren wanted the rumbling and Zeke euthanization which Eren would never do.. Zeke agreed with the test run of the rumbling to show the world not to mess with Eldians for the time they were alive.. and Eren wanted the full Rumbling.. you think if he did it there all the titans would just show up beside him? It took them a while to get to Marley Eren literally woulda alone against the whole Marley army... its not a mistake.
