It’s funny. I spent so much time trying to figure out how to date Ann in my first play through but when Hifumi came along she instantly replaced her. Hifumi is just too beautiful and pure!

Perhaps if Persona 6 protagonist is officially a girl, she goes along with the two male companions plan of getting girls in the beach, though all ended up being a failure. As a pattern she is the Fool, while the other 2 is the Chariot and the Emperor. In one part, she encounters the same boy from her lost memories alone on the beach, went off to ask him if he want to join her and the gang.
Vanessa Chow Jia Ying Actually, the pattern was Magician, Emperor and Fool. That's how it was for 3 & 4. 5 has Morgana as the Magician and since he couldn't come along, they defaulted to the first male human party member, which happens to represent the Chariot.
Jarock316 kind of forgot the pattern but I kind of organized the girl as the Fool, the female crow Mascot which is her partner is the Magician, one of the male party members is the Chariot and the other the Emperor.

All the girl dates were nice (Kawakami is bae) but my favorite was with the squad at the end. Persona 5 seriously lacked group dynamic compared to P4. Remember the camping trip? The ski trip? The karaoke field trip? And like the 10 other random events where you guys just hung out randomly. As densely packed as P5 was, I wish it included more things like this Hawaii trip with the boys.
I think a few of those events were added in the Golden edition, so perhaps if we get a Persona 5 "Golden" we could get more of those events

Mikozee The P5 group didn't have events like that, they just chilled out. Like that time they spent bonding after they got Yusuke, or splitting into groups to bond with Futaba, even going to the beach.
You say they lack group dynamic, but at least from their interactions you can see how they're friends. Most of the P4 group is either apathetic or seem to outright dislike one another.

When they do some kind of event in P4, we usually see them get into some funny mishappening with each other and do bouncing off of one another across the board during said event, whereas with P5 most of their friend interactions as a group are them going to a place, standing around and talking for a bit, then leaving.
Also I definitely disagree on that last part about Investigation Team in P4; I really can't recall any clear example of any of them being either openly disliking, or apathetic towards one another. Sure when divided, many combinations of the main cast in P4 can get argumentative and/or competitive with each other and few of them like to tease one another in several ways, but that's part of what makes their relationships feel distinct from each other, adds to their personal dynamics and also implies a level of intimacy between some of them. For example pairs like Rise and Kanji, or Yosuke and Chie fight a lot and often tease one another, but Yosuke is also visibly closer with Chie, than with any of the other girls and Rise and Kanji hang out together frequently enough, that some people in-game suspect them of being an item.

I really like the dialogue on Ann's date feel more real compared to the other 3, I guess since it's established you are a couple at that point. Hifumi and Makoto are very cute interactions a more getting your foot into a possible relationship both are very nervous. Teach is still always weird to think about but fun interaction right up till the Master statement then it gets creepy XD (Imagine if you were a female protag dating and older man that's your teacher instead, no difference)
Hanging at with the boys is always a funny option though (P3 and P4 included)
