It is Serious

On January 28, 1986, the Challenger space shuttle launched into the sky. Excitement filled the air, but a small, ignored problem would soon lead to disaster. Engineers warned NASA about the O-ring failure risk in cold temperatures, but under pressure to stay on schedule, NASA approved the launch anyway.
Just 73 seconds later, the shuttle broke apart, killing all seven astronauts on board. What seemed like a small concern turned into a catastrophic tragedy.
🚀 What does this have to do with us?
Like NASA underestimated the O-ring issue, we often underestimate the seriousness of sin. If we don’t see immediate consequences, we assume it's not a big deal. But sin is always serious-every sin is a rebellion against God.
Leviticus 5 shows us how the Israelites were constantly reminded of sin’s cost through sacrifices. But today, we have something greater-Jesus Christ, the ultimate sacrifice.
