rohit yadav huh? when I had mine it was one small injection, I hardly felt it, was done in a second and took effect quickly. maybe your doctor was unskilled?
I have had several spinal taps because of cancer , 1 epidural and 3 spinals with my children. In my opinion, the spinal taps were the very worst. I think if u had pain during a spinal, they did not numb you all the way or, if you are a redhead like me, it takes a bit more or longer for pain medication to work. I'm sorry you experienced pain with a spinal. It's uncomfortable, bit it is not supposed to be that bad.
I had to many failed in my labour and when the doctor finally found the spinal i got numbed all my body up to my neck and i couldn’t breathe .😢 Then they had to put me asleep and i didn’t see my baby being born .😢 l will suffer my entire life for that .
I don't understand what all the extra steps are for other than pure educational. when I had mine it took seconds and was just one poke. no surgical drape, not much scrubbing. maybe because I had an emergency situation they didn't mess around much.

Mine was extremely painful. I've had 2 and will be having a 3rd 1 in March, and getting my tubes tied as well. I'm dreading the spinal more than the c section and tubal themselves😭🙏
My first child I didn't feel it because the hospital was trying to get me to push so I was given an epidural until my doctor came and said I can't deliver vaginally then they gave me the spinal... My second I felt it cause they had somebody who was shadowing doing it an she stuck me in the wrong spot

the doctor first gave injection anesthesia and den Dr gave spinal anesthesia so the patient don't feel much pain don't know bout your case

It was'nt painful at all in my case

The first injection is really painful and you will still feel the pain the second injection 😢😢 I'll do my best to give the normal birth not CS again💪

im not afraid of injection but... its my first time having injection on my back!!! and i dont know how it feels! does it hurt that bad??

with the amount of pressure i felt from the contractions the spinal was nothing it was a tiny pinch then seconds later your numb

It's depends of your pain tolerance. This coming August 8 is my scheduled for C-section delivery.
Just keep in mind that its for your baby to come out this world thats what i did on june my third csection it sucks but what choice do us woman have
