Young child who read this: You don’t have a mental illness, you are not wrong for feeling the way you do. The world is a very beautiful place or scary place depending on the people around you and this builds your self confidence and ability to learn. Many people are going to judge you, tell you your wrong, make fun of you, and hurt you on purpose when your special, they are jealous of you. You all loved and have all the chance in the world to make your life better. Focus on your life and don’t pay attention to people messing with you and saying you have a mental illness, they are lying.
Trust your feelings, you are being trained not to trust your feelings anymore.
