    Honestly, it wasn’t for your lectures, I would have probably dropped my class which is self taught (online with no lectures) and condensed into 8 week course. Thank you so much for making this class easier to digest and retain information.

    These lectures are eye opening for me. I love fried things, but this is going to make me make some basic life changes to improve my nutritional status and for those I support and care for.
    The estimated dietary requirement is something one need to consider, never know about it. Hope to research more on it
