    Thank you Miho. This is very helpful. After many years of hiding in a studio composing, I began performing publicly again yesterday and occasionally suffered mental blocks and made errors. I will practice the methods you are suggesting 🙏

    Thank you. I will have mini piano performance in wedding of my daughter next week. I struggle with my mistakes, I angered against myself. Your lecture made me calm, and I will enjoy brillinat time with our relatives.

    This was really good... I just had an amazing time with the visualization technique at the end... I was able to feel more confidently in my Mental performance and focus on more positive imaginations about the performance... I also developed two amazing ideas💡 throughout the process ... Just Great 😁👍🏿 Thank You for this amazing Ted Talk

      Who was the judge? And what kind of absolute success-failure-scale are we talking about here?

      @@franksylva9031 my vocal teacher told me it will take about 6 performances to feel more confident, but the jitters won't completely go away, and it's natural. I've had 2 so far and the second time what helped me was to listen to my own recording during the rehearsal, while waiting for my turn. I also realised I didn't want to show the audience I was nervous so my legs were trembling like mad, but the second time I was less concerned about not showing my emotions and I decided to use the adrenaline as fuel. I hope your next experience goes well!
