I was so happy with Murtagh's return and that scene is definitely one of my favorites💯... Murtagh's face when see that Jamie is living very well and has become such a respectable man makes me very emotional... And the eyes of Jamie, I don't have the words for this. It was very interesting how they inserted the character back into the story and who will have such an important role from now on. The reunion with Claire was very sweet to, it's like a father to her... MY FAVORITE TRIO BACK Again 🥺💗😭.

I’m glad the show made Murtagh a Regulator. In the books he died at Culloden. Everyone at the show loved him and of course we fans love him so they kept him around. I was so excited when I saw that it was this episode can couldn’t wait for your reaction to seeing him again. It will still be a few episodes to get to what you’re waiting to see this season but well worth it. Your cat is adorable. ❤
I don't know if you remember the Native medicine woman said, "Death is from the gods. It will not be your fault." She had visions, so she knew her fate and tried to reassure Claire that there was nothing she could have done to prevent it. And I think she had visions of Brianna and was trying to tell her she was coming, but Claire didn't understand, so she just let it go, like "You'll see." There are a lot more supernatural moments in the book that suggest that weird things like Claire's time travel are actually pretty commonplace.
I love following your first-time reactions. I’ve watched and rewatched this series - my favorite of all time - since it debuted. Watching and listening you, though, reminds me of the magic that drew me in ❤
I loved that Murtagh showing up, it was also sad, Claire's Indian friend dying Blaming the Indians for the Measels when you brought them with you from Cross Creek. I loved your reaction to Murtagh.
6:10 Do not fear for the White Sow. A book anecdote the show doesn't get into - that creature is a menace, and if it had been a real historical sow then 60% of the pigs in North Carolina today would be her decedents. Whatever Claire fed her this episode was clearly nutritious

I can't tell you how much pleasure l got from watching you watch this episode. This is my favorite episode of season 4. You're gonna need to fasten your seatbelt, cause you're in for a bumpy ride. I'm glad you like Roger & Bree. I didn't & didn't want to spend time with them(in books or tv show). More interested in what was happening to C & J. But they grew on me. My vet says he thinks tortoise shell kitties are spicier than others and that's certainly been my experience. And I love (most) of this ep. When rewatching I tend to fast forward through the Herr Mueller parts to get to the good stuff. And that reunion with Murtaugh...*sigh* Jamie's dream of Brianna: in the books both Jenny and Jamie have dreams like that so I think the Sight must run in their family. Claire in the books is envious that Jamie dreams of Brianna when she's not with them. Looking forward to future reactions!

I wish we could have seen Murtagh’s reaction to hearing that Jamie actually married Laoghaire! He had been so adamant to Claire that Laoghaire was not a fit match for Jamie and he was so loyal to Claire that he must have been so shocked and disappointed!
