I have watched many realtors videos. Josh, this is really good. For those of us that don't live in Granbury, and have been contemplating buying or renting there, it is cool to see your guidance through the maps and communities. Do you handle rentals too (3-12 mth) ?

We have no experience to guide us one way or the other. So, conservatively, it might make sense to keep our place here (Bedford, TX.) and rent for 3-12 mths to try the lake life and then buy.
