Perhaps the variants of Rick 34-C are going to be like Harry Patter’s Lord Voldemort’s Horcruxes - little split versions of himself - where they must all be destroyed until there is only one left. This would be an easy crossover VoldeMORT? Lots of little adventures, Summer as Hermione, Space Mom as Prof. McGonagall, defensive building Hogwarts, Room of Requirement, etc.
I also think that Rick Prime can be time-travelling, because he doesn't have Rick's rule of not doing that. That is why he is everywhere at the same time.
That would actually explain why he hasn't seemed to have aged... and why c-137 is constantly exclaiming "I don't respect time-travel". That's probably WHY Rick Prime is using it; he doesn't expect that c-137 would ever come to a conclusion that *any* Rick would ever use time-travel.
Well, canonically, obi wan used the helmet with luke because it was similar to what the younglings wear (and in real life, those youngling helmets were used because they were similar to the helmet luke wears so it showed why obi wan knew that kind of training worked)
What I find funny is that Reagan apparently tried to shut down the Star Wars Room when he was the one who literally named the Missile Defense Satellite project "The Star Wars Program".
All the time they were thinking of retrieving the light saber, I only thought they could simply shoot a magnet attached to a cable, like batmans gun, through the hole, and that would just stop the lightsaber from falling down towards the earths core. Assuming the hilt is ferromagnetic
When Old Ben died, his lightsaber turned off. The only times we see a lightsaber stay on while not being held, Darth Vader and Yoda threw them, probably holding the on switch.
IIRC the switch is a "force activation" type. Ben dying turned his force attention to the switch off. But if he still existed as a force ghost wouldn't he just leave the saber on so that it would just cut down to the base of the death star? hmm, more plot holes...
Lightsabers have a dead man's switch on them. When they are dropped or thrown they automatically shut off. UNLESS the wielder is competent enough with the force to keep the dead man's switch engaged while the lightsaber is tumbling through the air. Source: I don't remember. One of the extended universe novels, probably. One of the books also made the lightsabers double-click to ignite, which I thought was stupid.
Actually, Obi-Wan was right. Lightsabers have a button or a switch you flip to activate it, and most, if not all are designed to deactivate when dropped or let go just so that exact thing doesn't happen and somebody chops their arm off because they slipped and let the saber go.
Morty asking Rick if he's t-shirt Rick reminds me of the strange paranoia working with Rick has given him. In Pickle Rick, he asks "Is this a camera? Is everything a camera?"
Am I the only one who got Mr. Poopybutthole's reference to Roy - reminding us that there's still a part of Morty (the part that can cooperate and succeed with Rick, the part that believes and respects Rick) is still stuck in the Roy game console?
I'm fairly certain that for lightsabers in Star Wars the button needs to be held down to ignite the blade which is why whenever someone gets their hand cut off the blade goes back into the hilt. If they throw the lightsaber like in Return of the Jedi they must use the force to hold the button down? I've never looked into this just shower thoughts lol
You said he couldn’t answer the “I am not a robot” thing without going against his code but that doesn’t make sense. He should have been able to click I am not a robot. He‘s not allowed to admit that he IS a robot. The captcha would be admitting he is not a robot which he’s allowed to do and does multiple times.
"A weapon for a more civilized age." Really? One designed to slash and burn while dismembering the victim in all sorts of ways? Swords are "elegant" because it takes years of practice (used to in Star wars, anyways) while any drunken lout can take a gun (blaster) and kill the noblest of knights. Also. 34C? That 's a great size. Good for you!
Isn't the blade of a lightsaber thinner than the hilt? I would think it would sink to that point and stop. Also, this is why you have a safety. In my head-canon you have to keep constant pressure on a switch/button to keep the blade active. That's why Jedi/Sith are the best with lightsabers. They can keep the button pressed down with the force.
The OG trilogy ended unrealistically? The Star Wars trilogy ended unrealistically? The movies about flying through space, moving things with your mind, and moon sized space stations? That movie ended unrealistically?

This is the characterization of GenX I've been trying to verbalize (as a member of GenX). When we were in our teens and 20s, this dislike of everything was a way to "see the truth" behind all the advertising and hype and the blinders that Boomers had on... but now, it is toxic and has become our own blinders. We're now old enough that we also have to face the fact that most things are NOT about us anymore (if they ever were). Heck, Millenials are aging out of the core 15-35 demographic....

No biggie ❤

its not the same time then is it?
@@Nabash99 from our Rick's frame of reference it's at the same time.
From Rick Prime's perspective it's different times.
@@PheonixRise666 okay yeah thats true
I had that exact same thought when it showed all of Rick Prime's locations. Maybe that's why Rick is so against Time Travel himself.

Ackshually... Poppy was squatting, not benching. And it's 90 lbs of plates + the bar which is usually 45 lbs for 135 total.
Was going to comment this too haha
Glad I found this comment so quickly.

1. Mr. PBH was squatting, not benching 2. He was lifting 135lbs, not 90, since the bar also weighs 45lbs
I was searching for this comment so I didn’t have to say it myself

Could have been close to Luke’s second saber, except Luke’s second saber is green, of course.

2:47 That’s Obi-Wan Kenobi’s lightsaber. Canonically, Luke based his green saber off of Obi-Wans journal.
1: that’s clearly an Obi Wan or Luke lightsaber not Anakin
2: the robot chicken reference was clearly Quigon dropping the light saber
It's obis from anh, also the editor corrected the second one
Also, PoopybuttHole was squatting, not benching. And he was squatting 135lbs not 90lbs.

They absolutely do.
The “cool as sushi restaurant “ was a reference to the documentary “Jiro loves Sushi”
I think you've missed the bartender robot, in the white house empire room, looks like Isaac, the bartender from The Love Boat.
Mr.Poopybutthole was trying to squat 90lbs not bench

This Rick and Morty Christmas episode has Star Wars reference and by the way, Star Wars is from 20th Century-Fox and Lucasfilm Ltd.
Phil Spector also put out a classic Christmas album

Put some respect on Mr. Poopybutthole. 45lbs + 45lbs = 135lbs not 90lbs.
