Catfish, Carp, & Turtles (Red River Bank Fishing)

Today, I went out to the Red River to Bankfish Channel Catfish and carp. I accidently hooked into a snapping turtle as well.
Poor guy had to leave with a hook in his mouth. I turned down the audio on a lot of the clips and added music due to the wind. The wind would not give me a break today.

I live just a few miles from the Red River between Texas and Arkansas I'm just now doing research on how to do some fishing from the bank.

Very cool man, the bank offers a ton of opportunity for river fishing. This video is on the red river of the north on the Minnesota/North Dakota border. But river fishing is river fishing and I’d use this same setup if I was down your way.

Look up pack bait and method lead. It will draw more carp in, and better carp.. I regularly catch 9 lb carp in the red river. Look up the Catfish and Carp UA-cam channel.
