@@thepaperclipcc going well, just getting some miles in, nothing like your epic trip, but still riding. Wanna ride a few before school starts, hit me up!
Wow. In North Georgia there is a ride called Six Gap that does about 11k of climbing in about 110 miles. You did that much climbing, but in 80ish miles.
I feel your pain on the why the steepness haha. Right before the drink purchase. I’ve been forcing myself lately to get better at up hills since I go back and forth between riding single speed/fixed. But I got a 700 flip flop GT rear wheels. Few weeks ago that came with just a fixed cog and it’s been nice going up hills by me since it’s a better gear ⚙️ than I had been riding right before. Looks like a fun and nice ride though even if hills can be rough. Been thinking about getting a road bike again since it’s been like ten years or so and I live near Sacramento so there’s a lot of hills.
Gonna come out with my own D-Kleinspired flow and do mass heady transitions n shit like color flares and other rad semi-intermediate editing techniques HAHAHA!
🤔 Great ride! I envy you guys a little. The part of the Netherlands where i live (Flevoland) is as flat as a pancake. We have an abundance of wind though in the polders...
Hey, just came to mind. Ever heard of Watts Up Racing in your neck of the woods? Cycling studio, your bike on a trainer! Coach KB is a longtime friend of mine. Check her out if you get the chance.
Love the ACAB'ed courthouse peep. More POWER to Portland! I love you guys, I wish every city had as wheelbarrow required to move sized balls as Portland.
Great effort! I'm so glad you decided to photograph this ride. It's such a crazy fucking ride and this would have NOT been a proper documentation of this ride without a green lion and that 16% sign. Good job! Thank you! fucking brutal adding on 4000'!! Not sure if I'm too knew to the channel to know if you've photographed DeRonde/ LaDoyenne. Met Josh Ross there and that's how I found your channel.
Subscribed a LONG time ago, SMASHED the like button.....again......SHHHH.....haven't told anybody the secret, LOL You oughta come to Pennsylvania to do a ride, we got some killer steep stuff out east!
Tell me about those Watts, Dustin! Totally forgot about that yellow bike of yours! I'm actually a former tattoo client and employee at StagesCycling here in PDX! If you ever need any help with that power meter, let me know!
Fun, but this video would have been more useful if you indicated the steep roads, along with the grade. At least they could have been mentioned in the description, alongside the cycling gear.
I live nowhere near a mountain and we’re planning a 40 mile, 6000 feet of climbing ride in the beautiful Purbeck Hills in Dorset, England on our gravel steeds
Claiming "Steepest" streets don't mean JS without the gradient numbers. I live in the 2nd hilliest town in USA, with many streets over 20% gradient. NORTH BERGEN, NJ - Home of the MONSTER HILLS! But...cute video, tho!
LOL. Are you the same person that recognized me as pocket pizza guy in the video from when I crashed this March? Amazing memory! I don't even know which video I said "pocket pizza" in! Do you?
Lets hang out on the gram: bit.ly/DkleinIG
The vibe of this was just perfect

Abe’s fanny pack made me think his ass was hanging out the whole ride lol
Me too!
Exactly!! I thought it was some kind of statement. 🤣

You guys do some crazy miles. I am truly amazed. A big day for me is 20 maybe 30 miles, and that's just flat miles. You guys are BADASS.
Subscribed. Video editing, bikes, people are on another level! Amazing content!
Much appreciated!
Crushing the colossol and considerable climbs on a crazy carbon uphill clambering cycle contraption while conversing.......chapeau!
HAHAHAHAHAHAaaaa
Riding road has never looked so tempting! Righton, ride on!
Massive compliment!
Was expecting Power Trip as the soundtrack. Awesome video Dustin. Look forward to these every week.
Brendan Kelly love that band! Would have been perfect
DAMN....freaking LOVE your videos. One thing on my bucket list is that I get a ride with you one day before I leave this wonderful earth.
Making dreams come true since 1980 ;)
Wow. In North Georgia there is a ride called Six Gap that does about 11k of climbing in about 110 miles. You did that much climbing, but in 80ish miles.
Im still feeling it!

The word on this side of the Atlantic is Portland has been burning for years. Your editing managed to hide all the flames. Gnarly. :)
Fire in the hole
Ugh. Keep It Like A Secret.... probably in my top 10 favorite albums ever.
I caught that reference too. Favorite band of all time. I just caught the 20 year anniversary BTS KILAS tour last year....twice!
Hell’s bells...I just did an 8 day tour from western New York into Vermont and just reached 11,000 feet. Great video
Wow!!! Big elevation. Great video.
I was just riding Mount Sylvania and many of these road and paths a couple of weeks ago. Good stuff around there.
I feel like this guy should have more subs.

That crazy hot rod space machine is pure candy. Looks like the perfect companion on climby road day.
Ahhhhh that’s it..... morning coffee and DK shredding
PERFECT!
Big day! I recognizing all the roads and really know how steep they are in person. Legs must have been BURNIN' after that.

What was the tallest single climb of the day? Also, what brand of bar tape is on the Wilier? My Canyon needs some of that.

Pavement is just gravel that's been glued together.

Loving your vids as always, where's big Ron got to, doesn't he like pavement! Ta

Can't think of a You Tuber with a better soundtrack, please tell me you have a spotify playlist?
Rides Portland streets on a roadie that still runs tubes.
Such a brave soul.
I kept hoping you'd ride Old Germantown Road but looks like you were on the other side of town. Forgot how steep L.O. can be.
What size tires 28c ?
Rudy Watts 🤣
dude you know they make road tubeless tires, right? ja just checking...
Good to zwift to I feel the pain lol
4:04 - 47 miles is not 119 km ;-)
Mark Curphey......it's not even 80k!

now I just wanna go ride my bike!
Too many hills for me. Ugh. Great vid though
Me too!!
@@EverythingsBeenDone Sore yet? One of those hills would have killed me. maybe with a specialized Turbo I could keep up. LOL
I first thought bit was going to be a lame-ass roadie ride, BUT the Homies threw in some dirt! 👍
Keeping us on our toes.
Do your teammates wait patiently while you eat?
NO...LOL
donde esta la masks, mi amigo?
Safety officer
118 for elevation 1187 was insane
That was boss
That route is insane. As in whoever came up with that secretly hates themselves! LoL!
That would be DEVIN!
This is standard in P-Land yo'
Haha. No self-hate here. Just a healthy dose of leg masochism :)
Wait a minute. We were told Portland was burning . WTF ! ;)
All quite on the western front!
That helmet makes you look like the martian from Mars Attacks 😜
😂
Hey Dustin, crazy ride. Love your content...... any chance we get a few words about whats happening in Portland these days?
Roady Watts!!! HA!
R.Dubya got Watts.🤠
