Leaving Sections 4 and 5 unresolved is tantamount to abdicating responsibility. The law’s integrity demands decisiveness, not appeasement of dissent. Delays breed inefficiency, embolden discord, and undermine progress-leadership means implementing hard solutions, not pandering to indefinite objections.
Great choice then. SA already the worst in school competitions globally in multiple subjects we dont need to be worst with all 0s achieved as well. MK EFF and even ANC can rather protest about BEE not including their african brothers and sisters. A win for african and whites thats equality/unity...
@@biko8229 This words "the people shall govern" is in your party's (ANC) freedom charter, what happen to that? "public consultations on this Act were completed a long time ago" and it was rejected by the people who are supposed to govern but instead a autocratic regime (ANC) decided to ignore the people as they always do. Stop using children to achieve political gain you won't succeed.
@@nedor64 Who told you I"m ANC😅😂you are too presumptious. It was accepted overwhemingly by the majority of people and it was also voted for by the majority in parliament. The sooner you get used to democracy the less chest pains you'll have.
The ANC regime 🤡started all this so they must take responsibility for the repercussions or will they again blame it on "aparthaaaid" or maybe somebody else. 😂
Journalists repeatedly fail to ask a critical question. How big a difference, if any, or positive at all, will sections 4 / 5 have on access to education? Where is the data or the proof that converting 5% of schools into multilingual (code word for English eventually) will have any significant impact? Compare that to the overwhelming evidence that exposing a minority langauges to a environment where another langauge is dominant will in most likely lead to assimilation.

It seems like RamaSofa might listen to EuroForum and DA instead of his own party🧐

No politician should listen to his/her party they should listen to the people. The people shall govern not politicians.
@@nedor64 Very lame. The politicians are elected by the people, public consultations on this Act were completed a long time ago.

The community must start their own private education system, can’t rely on this clueless government for anything!
In my humble opinion, I am speaking under correction. Ramaphosa created this non-issue! Who is this man?

Many kids, including myself, are being rejected from 'Afrikaans' schools because we don't know Afrikaans
