Load shedding predictions return

One advisory firm has predicted the return of low-level load shedding in the new year. Cresco says load shedding may return as early as January and remain at low levels until the end of 2028. The South African National Energy Development Institute's Prof Sam Mamphweli and EE Business Intelligence MD Chris Yelland weigh in.
