      Tell me about it. And they wonder cars sales are down. They keep raising the price and expect us to buy just because theres more power. It's not like when we drive in the highway we can go more than 80 mph without getting a speeding ticket

    i really wouldnt want to mount my reservoir in the wheel well. No, i'm not an expert, but for mud i would think a month's worth of rock/ mud solution would really beat the piss out of those connectors and lines.

    6k for a complete set is a steal, considering the 6k on a single shock at the Ford parts counter for a stock one! But with those lower Heim joints they will only last 1000 mls...... By the way, are those joints serviceable?

    The frame rate is bad on this video, dont know if it is the auto stabilization on the camera that does that or something wrong with the camera. If you are able to film higher then 30fps i reccomend you do it. Also... i want that Raptor. Hope you guys will do a video on it if possible

    • @GeorgeAdams
      @GeorgeAdams 4 роки тому

      Agreed with the frame rate. For the FPS, meh. I think they just need to use an app like Filmic Pro where they can control the bit rate. That’s really what determines quality. More frames just demands a higher bit rate so even simpler phone apps will jack it up. At least that’s my understanding so far; I’m still learning.

    • @evilreddog
      @evilreddog 4 роки тому

      @@GeorgeAdams Bit rate determins quality in grains and displayed resolution. Has nothing to do with the choppyness when the frames dropped. FPS = Frames per second, this is what was unstable in the video. Higher Frame rate up to 120 ish frames is what you would start struggeling getting noticable return in smoothness in the video.

      The frame of the Raptor is too weak? Thats why Raptor ran Baja 1000 race in STOCK BODY DIVISION (nothing was changed from factory) and finished the race before time ran out. I guess that might be this weak frame you talking about.

    • @williamschuman4951
      @williamschuman4951 4 роки тому

      @@codename7832 We have a few of Raptors in Arizona, the first thing owners that where doing any serious stuff in the desert noticed the frame was bending or coming out of shape to the point that there is a specialty shop in Phoenix that does mods to the frame before they see the dirt let alone the messed up ones already. I read all this in a off-road truck magazine and this was 5 or 6 years ago, just saying motor on.

      @@williamschuman4951 that was on Gen 1 Raptors with V8 ... Gen 2 Raptors 2017 and up have frame beefed up in all 4 corners where Gen1 showed weakness. All shock mounting points are beefed up and along the frame in those points they added extra steel. Gen 1 Raptors had exactly same frame as regular F150 thats why people were bending the frame jumping it. Now since 2017 on Gen 2 Raptors frame is much stronger then regular F150.
