- Lloyd Nolan plays a door-to-door survey taker who thinks he's hit the jackpot when he calls on a frustrated housewife (Cathy Lewis) Instead of taking quick advantage and leaving, he falls in love with the woman. Before he knows it, he's hiding in the bedroom closet with a hammer waiting to bash her husband's head in! So . . . do you suppose that maybe . . . just possibly . . . things won't go exactly as planned? What about the sound quality ? It's now very good, much better than older uploads elsewhere.

Great stuff!
a JOY to discover you❣️
Now I'll have listening pleasure spoken by real people, not mistake-laden AI. THANK YOU🥰
I liked this one a lot!
Very good. Scary when the old lady left his apartment, I thought she was a ghost as well❤
WOW! What a wonderful mystery. Revenge, Murder, Deception.
Why didn't the cop check his window?????duhhhhhh!😢
You know one advert per show seems about right - nowadays it’s MORE ADVERTISING (INCLUDING the corporate POP MACHINE Muzak) than STORYTELLING…which traditionally is what ALL ART essentially is: “story”, through whatever medium, to share the HUMAN EXPERIENCE. Now there is an encouragement to embrace AI but WHAT IS THE STORY BEHIND THAT- only a human using another medium. However, not ALL stories are worthy of one’s time & energy, but these OLD STORIES WHERE ALL INSPIRATION of the absurd, the strange, the unusual, & the otherworldly. All found through CREATIVE WRITING & the IMAGINATION! Brilliant storytelling by a tradition of learning the CRAFT of WRITING…which is not focused on at present just TESTs & HOW TO PASS them so you can eventually get more $$$ to $urvive. Rather a sad business model this public farce has become, but I digressed. This was ACTUALLY supposed to be a POSITIVE COMMENT…though a RETRO-COMPLIMENT. 😢
Enjoyable. But what about that useless Poiceman?
