1.keep backpedaling consistent 2. Keep your eyes on the hips 3. Stay square 4. Always have a quick vertical transition 5.keep your leverage by weaving 6. Shoulder over knees, knees over toes
@jTrain Good thing is youre a soph so you have plenty of time to grow some inches and increase your weight lifting. Also make sure you continue to focus on the small things such as: Technique and flexibility. You will have to do many of these drills after or before practice to get an edge. Maybe like 30-45 mins every other day. Furthermore in practice, keep getting in reps! Try not to go home until you understand what was emphasized that day by your coaches. Also Diet and getting enough sleep at night will help you get the most height out of your growth spurt.
Im going to implement these drills for my flag team. Flag football is perfect for developing WR DB technique.
