Imagine if World Snooker would take their "hawkeye" data and publish it in an app where is has all the ball positions and motion paths for a load of shots accessible to you with great accuracy. The app would also use augmented reality to overlay the position of the balls on your table so you can recreate the shots yourself.
Get yourself on dragons den
What an idea , like shiko said get on the den
WST? Maybe in 2053.
@@MidAgeGuitar lol why? It’s not a business idea, it’s simply WST giving away their data. Only WST doesn’t benefit at all, so why on earth would they do it
I still don't get why they haven't already done this with matches, overlaying coloured laser dots on the table showing precisely where the balls were from any chosen point in the match. Not hard to do, yet they still insist on faffing about for ages with the referee being guided by someone looking at a monitor and shouting over to the ref...
I really appreciate the effort you put into your videos. You are gradually becoming a snooker symbol of your own. Keep up the good work mate.
Fantastic! I love these videos so much! Big support from Toulouse, France!
Have a great christmas!
Love your videos from porto ,Portugal
Merry Christmas. Rishabh all the way from Chennai Tamil Nadu
Everything's cool but the fact that you included Marco Fu ( one of my fav players in current stack ) in this ,out of respect for him, has enhanced my gratitude towards you and your channel ! Well done brother 👍!
Another great compilation of the trickiest shots. Once again you ended up in a better position to pot the next ball on some of the shots. Thanks for the entertainment during 2022, and see you new years eve. Have a good Christmas and thanks again.
Thanx a lot for this video. Greetings from Aachen in Germany.
Congrats on a great year, here’s to an even better one in 2023!!!
From San Jose, California, USA
I love your sense of humor!!!!!
Congratulations on a successful year! Merry Christmas from Mannsville, Oklahoma USA
Merry Christmas!
Another great video and I love when you surprisingly nail a recreation at the first attempt. Look forward to more vids next year. Matt from Norwich.
Lots of love from Laura and Chris!
Thx for including Marco
Love from Hong Kong
I really appreciate your channel. It’s helping a ton to get this great sport spread to many people across the whole globe!
Greetings from Turkey, Istanbul. Take care mate. Keep going. Keep growing. Biggest and the best snooker channel in the universe. Real passion, real desire, real player.
Merry xmas and hope to see more great snooker videos off you next year.
Hello from Newcastle Australia
Love your recreation videos and witty commentaries! An idea if the snooker calendar has a break, what about a historic series - recreations of shot of the Championship from the World Champs of decades past.. I saw 1988 on UA-cam, I’d love to hear your comments on the players hairstyles and playing styles of the day etc. it could be entertaining. The camera angle is more normal and makes the table look it’s actual size too. I prefer that, the compressed ‘squaring’ of the table on modern TV coverage gives a very distorted view imo
Greetings from Tucson AZ! Love the content and love the discipline you have recreating these shots!
The fact that you’ve taken over 10 tries on some of these and that’s just recreating a shot, yet these pros have one go at it and it starts in their heads shows just how good they are. Snooker is by far the most skilful sport out there.
These are the toughest recreations I’ve seen you attempt. Well done!
Looking forward for the best shots next year.
Merry Xmas dude
Merry Christmas!
Very good video. For some odd reason I enjoyed watching the missed recreation shots the most.
was totally unprepared for the bucket of nails reveal. you're a legend. happy new year to you and yours
I recently fixed the ceiling. The nails were from a temporary repair I did after it collapsed about 2 years ago. Was doing the video and remembered I hadn’t got rid of them yet
I love these recreation vids.
Merry Christmas, great videos all year, looking forward to more the next one 👍
Great wrap up to 2022. Congrats from Bucharest, Romania
I prefer your camera angle over the TV angle, because this one emphasizes the size of the table better.
Superb effort. Merry Christmas
Thanks, top vid, looking forward to more in 2023. Best wishes
good to see some good doubles, awesome content
Greetings from NZ. Love your videos, have a great new year.
Cannot remember the last time I watched a UA-cam video all way through.... I really enjoyed this and you clearly have a talent... I enjoy playing but I'm pretty bad... Thankyou for your efforts... Hyvää joulua from Finland 🇫🇮❤️
Amazing video! greetings from Uruguay!
Really like your content it's always worth a watch ! All the best merry Christmas!
I must admit, watching your videos are just so entertaining! I've learnt a whole heap load when it comes to cue control and when/when not to use side/spin. Looking forward to NYE and the new year!
Thanks as always for the hard work!!
I salute you for your bravery. Admitting this can't have been easy.
@@mrloop1530 😂😂😂😂
What can I say, honesty is the best policy!
I am glad to see this channel grow. Love your content and level of your skill. Happy Holidays from Lahore, Pakistan.
Hello from Afghanistan 🇦🇫 balkh thanks for your videos
Great work🎉
great videos merry xmas from Australia
Thanks, for yet another kewl recreation video. However for some shots, with a complex travel path, it would be kewl to see the original cue ball path no top of your shot :)
Great videos
Merry Christmas and thanks for your videos. On Shot M, perhaps Robertson used left hand side, making the cue ball screw almost straight across above the middle pocket, then spin down table off the opposite cushion. I've seen Robertson play similar shots where the power negates the spin off the first cushion but it works as intended off the second. It's also an effective shot in pool, though counter-intuitive and little known.
You are getting better every year!
Keep it up mate :)
Can you make a new type of videos next year? Taking a snooker escapes, good or bad ones and find some creative alternative ways that players could get it. (What if)
I love your videos, it's very impressive. When I play, I just want to pot and don't snooker myself on the next ball
Merry Christmas from Nitra, Slovakia
i really thought that marco fu and mark william shots are gonna be impossible to recreate but good job.
btw ❤ from Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
Great video as always. Have you ever tried that crazy green from Judd when he holds on the brown from under the cushion?
Also, I have lots of flukes recorded from my matches, some are outrageous. You have an email I can send to?
I'd LOVE shot R compared to a spider, I don't understand the floating rest to be honest!
Nice video
Fabulous effort again boss...love your determination chief..
Have a good xmas Quint 🎅🌲🎱
You best player bro❤❤❤
Yo lesgo i love doubles
Dude, tough table challenge... well, we're waiting.
4:30 He chose it because he is more confident when playing bottom rather than top.
For shot S,
for some reason, other cue sports (expecially the One i play) make you know everything about it.
You played it perfect 1st attempt, but if you'd like to know more on it i may help if you want.
I’ve got to ask, what did you say that made you have to edit ‘Thepchaiya’ in?
W video 💪
Shot J is my favorite shot of the year
Lewis Lisburn, Northern Ireland
Some good recreation shots there , maybe Santa will bring you a new recover for the table .
First comment
I bet if you could find me in Middletown PA.
Man the lines on the black spot going to the pockets is crazy. Time for a new cloth
I wish this guy would go pro
I love the vid, i just don’t think shots that happen after the frame is over should be winning any of your much coveted awards. Sure they might be difficult but the lack of pressure just makes a big difference.
13:57 the snooker you laid was much easier to hit, than what Matthew laid.
on shot R, you seem to get good position (though go past the green on the other side) on shot 1, and shot 2 actually looked perfect, but you didn't accept them?
Snooker table ownership... if the tempteurures constant and used a few times a week or more. How long do they last fresh... why I'm asking is your cushions issue, maybe can u do a video of the maintenance and generally what to expect if u buy one.
Keep the room temp above 15 degrees at all times ,brush the table after you’ve used it iron and block the table every week .Cloth should last anywhere from one year to two depending on how often it’s used and what type it is .Steel cushions may wear out the cushion cloth slightly quicker than standard wood ones .
Could you try Hendry’s tough table challenge?
He has done it
Great video! You need to work on your backspin technique tho
You need to go on talking snooker podcast.
It might help if you followed through the cue ball instead of jumping up all the time
Once again then - why don't you play the lefthanded shots on the other side of the table? As I've said before - even Ronnie and Jimmy play on different sides of the table when playing left/right-handed shots

I am not able to compete the ones who have commented 😓 Prayagraj, India
Bro can you please balance you background music level to -6 dB. when the music comes in over your speech, it's absolutely chaotic
Are you planning to buy a new table once you hit a certain subscriber goal?
You got the first shot the first time and give it 8 difficulty? How do you know you just didn't get lucky. You need to do the shot again if you get it first try.
I really hate the term exhibition shot....it's such an old term from years ago and no longer applies to snooker anymore..The game has evolved so much and these shots are normal
Hey mate, appreciate your work. Point out me too on your map (Pakistan)

You're a good player and even better youtuber but your stroking arm seems to shoot up after every shot. I wonder if you notice this also after watching this video. All the side by side comparisons you can see the pros arm stays down and yours shoots up. It's a small critic that I think will improve your game...
Far too many adverts. YT is becoming unwatchable I’m afraid.
You should stop playing these shots with a cue action like it's an 8-ball pool break off. It's probably ruining the amount of spin and response you're getting.
Hey man, just wanted you to know that people are getting scammed through your comment section. People are made to believe that you are giving away snooker board and asking us our email address and other private information.
this guy definitely lies about how many shots it takes him
you really need to get a faster cloth lol
great video and great efforts, Thanks buddy, and happy new year
May I have your facebook account, please?
Merry Christmas!
