I'm glad you guys seem to had a great time! Sailing is fun and I did it solo with a catamaran once off the northwest coast of Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. Usually, the seas are much calmer compared to the eastern coast, which is the Atlantic ocean. I felt pretty accomplished when I did it. I was impressed by the speed of that safety boat. I'll watch your channel again.
Your Wayfarer main sail is rigged differently than mine. I have a 1974 MkIII here in the US. My main sheet and vang are quite different, yours looks easier to manage. I have have the main sheet cleated at the thwart. I like your set up better.
Great video. All the water coming out at the end - was that from the open bilge, or from within enclosed areas like buoyancy tanks? Taken onboard from spray etc, or due to leaks? Quite curious, thanks!
Hi Charlie, Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment, that was water taken over the side into the boat, always surprising how much we take on.
Good video. I don't know why nobody makes dingy cruising videos in my local waters (Vancouver BC). Maybe a dumb question, but can you say a bit more about why you towed in? Just didn't have time and space to beat into the creek? Did you run out of beer? 🙃
Hi Nick, Thanks you - We were towed in because we were sailing to an westerly destination against a strong westerly wind and at Canvey we have to be mindful of the tidal window, we had to ensure all dingies were ashore in the given time so thought best to tow.

Thanks so much for your support I’m glad you enjoyed the film
Brilliant video guys. Not an expensive boat you can have fantastic fun at a sailing club.
Thanks for watching Gordon, I'm glad you enjoyed the film.
Enjoyed the cruise, nice bit of drama and a nice lot of sailing.
Thank you for watching Dale, glad you enjoyed it and it's nice of you to take the time to comment. Woody.

Interesting, Thanks for watching and for taking time to comment. Enjoy your sailing.
Very nice video and trip! 👍 Your main is always flapping was the wind to strong? Wayfarer is such a good boat! My favorite for future. Fair winds 🍀
Hi Captain, I'll watch the video and she what's happening here, we often find ourselves sailing high to wind and this may be the cause.
