    I m a biggest fan of u sanjeev sir I love all ur recipy a lot.Mai bohat kuch sikhi hu aap se i remember jb Mai school me thi every Sunday 9am Zee TV pr aap ka show aata tha Mai ne kbhi mis nhi kiya aap ka show.....thnx alot and I m gonna try this kabab tomorrow Insha Allah

    thanks for the recipe, mr chef. my question is i found in another video that you have used green chutney, but the recipe of the green chutney is not given threre. since comments are disabled for those video, here i'm asking you that question, will you please reply me? i have been watching you since 1993/94. thanks and god bless you.

      +Manna Ebenezer Nooooo! He put at least 3 or 4 Tbsp. Looks like his heart was not in it. I think he is banking on his notoriety. I will give it a try anyways and see how it comes out.

    Sanjeev Sir ur recipes r good but this One I feel is not really to the standards of u.. The Dal has not been grounded properly. Egg coating make the kebabs harder not smooth....This method somewhat not the best as ur other methods...

      Shami kabab with all the spices and with daal qeema is let boil and goes in chopper and adding dhania and green chillies and make kabab tikia and fry them , this is real recipe of shami kabob.

    I am sorry to say, but I didn't like it. where are the green chilli, and raw onion. aisa lagthahi ki ur making prasad . sirf theen paties.why so less in quantity and u dint not add red chilli powder. bakwas
