Sanjeev Sir ur recipes r good but this One I feel is not really to the standards of u.. The Dal has not been grounded properly. Egg coating make the kebabs harder not smooth....This method somewhat not the best as ur other methods...
Shami kabab with all the spices and with daal qeema is let boil and goes in chopper and adding dhania and green chillies and make kabab tikia and fry them , this is real recipe of shami kabob.
I am sorry to say, but I didn't like it. where are the green chilli, and raw onion. aisa lagthahi ki ur making prasad . sirf theen paties.why so less in quantity and u dint not add red chilli powder. bakwas
He looks so out of it/disinterested ... like he is thinking of something else while giving this recipe .I am not convinced this is the proper reciepe - I could be wrong though.
