Just for future Reference in 10th All Gravis have a T6 characteristic. What this means for this game in particular is that those eradicators would have taken many less wounds because most of Matt's wounds on them were 4s. This is going to be important especially with the opponent just getting into 10th. GG.
Such beautiful terrain and battlematt. More dark angels! More knights! I'm by no means an expert I don't play alot but cmon dude you gotta use your bikes and swingbthem around to other obj! So far so good though! Love the narrative stuff
Those Tyranid paint jobs and battlefield props are nothing short of amazing. A well-garnished buffet! Om nom nom. Part of a healthy hivemind breakfast.
49:00 Hellblasters get a 4 up invuln from Azrael's Lion Helm, only 2 would have died and then at 1:06:00 only 1 would have died. Especially with that screamer killer actually being dead from the melta +2 damage would have made that side of the board severely different. A lot of missed sustains from the Nids as well in the middle.

I love the battle report and how you sprinkled in some Crusade add ons. The board is awesome, the use of trees growing on city terrain really has a cool post post-apocalyptic vibe.
I am not sure that Matt is right about not being able to use the stratagem when he used shadows of the warp. This is infact in the command phase when he uses the ability. Page 11 of core rules "Battle-shock step of your Command phase, just after you have failed a Battle-shock test taken for a unit from your army (pg 11)." I might be wrong here but thats how i see it :)
I unironically came up with a similar colour scheme about a week before the video’s release with warp lightning for my chitin and wraithbone with two layers of green wash paint for the flesh. The only different part is that I had yellow highlight on.😂
Matt, great new army. Also, you keep shorting yourself of sustained hits. Especially apparent in your first turn where the adrenal gland termagants have lethal and sustained hits on 5s. You rolled three 5s and one 6. That’s four auto wounds (which you did correctly) and four additional hits, but it’d also four normal hits for a total of eight hits. You only rolled 4 wound rolls. Did the same in the first round when the termies charged. I’ll see if you realize the error later in the batrep
Ok, sustained by itself you remember to add in hits, but whenever you have sustained and lethal, you keep forgetting to add the extra hits (termagants and old one eve vs terminators)
Great game overall, nice to see the nids back in action. Can’t wait to see the next one. Oh as an aside, I assume this was filmed before the newest errata, but if you haven’t seen it yet, barbgaunts can now only slow one unit per salvo. No more splitting fire for multiple slow effects

still can't deepstrike round 1. look at the declare battle formations step whenever there is any doubt.
additionally, stuff like the barbgaunts -2 to stuff ability do not proc on overwatch
