I rented this board at a surf shop the other day and holy shit, even though it wasn't my size at all (too big), I never surfed better in my life. The sci fi is great
Hey! What size were you thinking of getting, and what size did you eventually end up with?
Every person that I have talked to that has ridden this shape has said it is the best board they've ever ridden.
The 2.0's even better. The best board I've ever ridden sums it up pretty well. Perfectly carvy and loose as well. And drivey. The whole package really.
I want one. Stu was ripping, I thought for sure he was gonna take Snapper. Surfing better than anyone in the contest I'd say.
Where's the substantial footage of other surfers on this model? It's basically only Stu's contest footage anywhere.

Looks like a fun board but it seems like all that math stuff he talked about is just good marketing crap.
The golden ratio is a mathematical formula that has been used by artists, mathematicians, astronomers and many others for centuries. It was referred to in the Divina Proportione back in the early 1500's. By no means is it a marketing strategy.
