Chihayafuru is such a great show about growing together as a team and overcoming your self-doubt.
Is this the most underrated anime ever? Yeah, probably.

Most of these "Sports" anime that don't just focus that much on simply the matches are underrated as hell.
This, Hikaru no go, March comes in like a lion, ping-pong. Even if they get some recognition, they are overall really unpopular..

Just started this one yesterday and I'm amazed by how good it is already.

I finished this last month and was hoping they would announce s4 on 10th ani. But sadly they dint :'(

@@EndyMX about these high school students playing Karuta, a traditional japanese sports. It's quite amazing. Easy to learn and understand what karuta is while enjoying the character developments. Made by madhouse btw so you'll enjoy it

I watched this early last year before my Japan visit, so I ended up making time to visit the shrine. Of all days, we went the day they were having the national high school karuta competition!
This still makes my heart pound! Chihayafuru is such an amazing anime!
