You’re taking the sport to a whole new level. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Goat 🐐
Awesome lesson on passing half guard. Thanks for the great content!
The tip about reminding yourself "Flat the hips" is gold! What a great way to remember sequences. It would be really good if you could share more of those. Thank you for excellent content as always.
will definitely win CJI with this moves!
GOAT! 👊🏽
I love how you not only show the moves but implement those in a wider frame, in a concept. Even if I forget a move, I can still remember the concept and the moves neccessary come back in mind. Concepts are easier to learn bc they are so logically and self explaining once you understood them.
The guy is so good that he is teaching online and all his opponents won't be able to stop him still.
I have the top pressure passing instructional, and every time I watch I learn something that works in other transitions and positions. This video just shows an inkling of of the array of knowledge meregali shows. It sometimes comes of very fast, but that's what's going in his head I think. All the nuances to every movement. The top pressure passing instructional will give you months of information, but you use all the little things to progress.
Great stuff Profe
Great content! Thank you!!!
This is great content! Thank you Nicholas 🙏🏽❤️🥋
I like the instructional videos man, this is cool to get these from a legend
Great tips from the 🐐
Meregali you are my favorite instructor, your instructional was so good I love your teaching style, straight to the point and the core ideas. Hope to see more content and rolls in your channel. Thanks bro
This is just the area of my game ive been working on at the moment - so this video is perfect timing.
Thanks for sharing Nicholas and I’m looking forward to seeing you put on a show at ADCC ✌🏼
Sensacional Nicholeta. Vlw a explicacao, mta tecnica
Very good and useful principle thanks for sharing knowledge
Nice one!
Broo, you are the best
The colour temp of the front on wide is so off the blacks are green. You can’t cut from one correctly balanced camera to the other because the symbol and rashguard turn from black to green. The editor should have picked up on this ngl.
Amazing content thank you champ and you learned english so fast amazing
please show how to pass gi butterfly guard or far sleeve dlr
Muito bom!
Eu assisti o Danhaer o e Gordon ensinando a passar a meia, eles deixaram passar esse detalhe do joelho, eu sabia que faltava algo, obrigado Meregalli
Boa Lemão!!
Very good 👍 Obrigado 🙏🏻🥋
This is great and how jiu jitsu should be taught. If you understand the principles you can figure out the techniques on your own really. People get so enamored with learning as many techniques as possible when they should be seeking to understand the first principles that make those techniques work. I'll buy all your stuff if this is how you teach everything.
great explanations - just wish the camera would be closer to have both in the full frame and not 20 % of it and 80 % wall.... Meregali is such a highly talented great teacher
Solid way to defeat the knee shield. Thanks for sharing, awesome!👍🏻👏
Hell yes
new intro 🔥
🙏🏼🔥
Muito bom! Alguma perspectiva desse curso ser comercializado com também em real?
Good stuff! Greetings from your Finnish turtle buddy🐢
How do you get over the bottom knee though?
Patiently waiting for you to beat Craig Jones
Patiently waiting for the him to beat Gordon Ryan…..That’s what Dark Lords do! Nobody’s safe!
Are you running your own gym ?
@@meregalichannel I will fucking move to whatever city to train at your gym.
so, instead of focusing on beating upper body frames, the primary objective is first to flatten the opponent's hips by walking our knee to their far hip, then clearing the knee shield and breaking their elbow + knee connection with a knee push. from there we work our upper body connections establishing a far side underhook and crossface pulling them into us with thumbs in armpit grip on their far side, effectively forcing them to face the opposite direction to nullify their guard. from their we extract our leg however we'd like i.e. pushing their knee down and using the shoelace method to go straight to mount, or going near side knee slice. got it
