Wish you would have started with taking the top off. How do you remove the steam knob to take the top off?

Hi Milen and thank you for your video, you saved my life. I had to replace Boiler and pump on my saeco via veneto deluxe. As I reconnected all cables I don't understand where I have to connect the thermofuse and as I connect the GROUND cable to the fastom on the boiler there is a short circuit as I plug the AC. Can you help me please ?

Do you have a video on how to open the cover. I unscrewed 3 screws, but I can't remove the cover and thus I can remove the cover. Thanks

Dear Milen, Thanks for sharing! I got an old Via Veneto from Japan (100v) but my friend plugged to 220v Vietnam. Now when I plug to 100v power source, light on but it is not working. Which part do you think I should replace? As I can see, boiler should be replaced. What do you think about boiler? will it broke or it can work with both 100v and 220v. And if I want to change my machine to 220v, I only need to replace by an Ulka ep5 220v. Thank you!!!

Explain to me why in my magic saeco as soon as I disassemble the boiler just to look without touching any gaskets or anything else also because everything is new. As soon as I reassemble, then water immediately comes out from all the parts below from the shower seals from everything and from the cappuccino dispenser instead nothing comes out, why does all this happen? And while everything works perfect before disassembling the boiler. Even if nothing has been touched?

Dear Milen, thank you for your amazing videos! I just got a Via Veneto given to me by an italian friend and since it was REALLY dirty everywhere I took it apart completely and looked inside the boiler too. It is pretty filthy inside, seems like even some coffee made it in there. I wanted to ask if it is safe to clean the boiler on the inside or if there is some coating that should not be damaged?
Thanks again and cheers from Vienna!

Hello . thanks for answering me. however I bought a red o-ring in eBay Italy specific for saeco spare parts but it is not good. in contact with hot water it has grown in diameter and is only to be thrown away. if you have a link to suggest that it is not ebay Italy I will be grateful.
