I'm so pleased with how it turned out. And I've really fell in love with this size again. Even though B6 slim still catches my eye. Which is why it's so great to have a rotation of my favorite sizes/covers. But for now, I'm happy journaling in this one. Do you plan on getting yourself an olive tn?
I've painted my black tn with yellow acrylic paint. Very thin layers. Very often, until the color was bright enough for me. It took a while, since I had to let every layer dry before painting a new layer, but then the paint won't crack.

I wanted a truly yours TN, but they had just stopped doing them when I was interested. I think I had emailed them all my specifications and they ended up emailing asking me did I want them to put me on a list when they brought it back. They did. Only I had moved on from this size. But I’m starting grad school in August and think a standard TN would fit my note taking style. I’m considering them again. I have a black standard I’d love to get customized.

So, when / how did you consult with them to ensure your listed items would work? Did you speak with them before sending the email in, or did you just send an email with a list and then they review and automatically omit things that don’t work? Thanks in advance for your help, and thank you for the video! I really did enjoy it!
Oh, yes. The consultation was the email. And they would let you know what was available or if there were any issues with your choices. For example, I wanted the nude leather, but it wasn't available. My selections didn't have any other issues. But we did go back and forth a few times. They are really helpful. 😊

But the time could vary, of course. I also purchased a cover from them, versus sending one to them. So lots of things could cause delays. I hope your arrives soon!
@@InsideKimmysMind I sent in my camel to get an embossing on the front and back, nude pockets on the inside and rivets! I’m hoping it gets done faster than what they quoted me 😅
I haven't had too many issues with it. But that being said, I don't over stuff it. But since I'm using a thicker notebook I haven't really noticed the zipper.

May I ask whether the zipper in the wallet customisation interferes with a smooth writing? I feel it might add a lot of bulk...
