Hi Michele, thank you so much for your excellent review! I am so happy that you loved the brushes and the comparisons are amazing as always! My mistake: it's always dyed goat hair, I missed the "dyed" before "brown" on that brush... I also have those mini bitchy spots on my lids, and on top of that my skin is very uncontrollable in that area so a firm steady brush is a necessity 😂, so I am glad it helps working the shadow evenly on those spots.... and by the way, CONGRATULATIONS on your collab with Esum, they are for sure fantastic brushes!! 💗
I admire your honesty and generosity towards these new SG brushes. You didn't show any favour to your collab with Esum. Great review and tutorial Michele, thank you, 💗💗💗
Michelle...you’re killing me..... I just bought your set yesterday, and now I am getting this Sky set too. Thank you for another great video. I appreciate all of your detailed explanations, and I am looking forward to playing with both.
If you were buying your first really nice eye brush set, what would you choose? I feel a bit lost between the Wayne Goss, Sonia G Sky or Pro, and ESum set. They all sound great!
Michele, Thank you for your extensive and excellent review. I'm happy about your comparisons with other brushes. I'm a beginner and it has given me ideas what brushes I need to invest on.👍😍
I was so glad to see this video because I already pre ordered the set. I can’t wait to receive them! Great review of the brushes & comparison. This has been a crazy two day brush buy. I purchased your set yesterday and can’t wait to get them! I’m excited I’ll have yours & Sonia G in my collection!!
Good Morning Michele 🌞! I’m excited about these brushes! Especially, due to my maturing eyelids! 🤦🏼♀️😂 I love the idea of brushes placing products with ease on my eyelids plus not leaving added texture. These created a beautiful look on your demo! These brushes look like a good set for maturing or sensitive skin. 👍🏼
Best thumbnail ever 💕 You will need a dedicated room for you brush collection soon but I also feel you have become a great source for brush information. I really appreciate good tools!
Yesterday was indeed an awesome day for brushes! I ordered your set as well as the Sonia G Sky Set and I can't wait for both to come! I also ordered one of the Viseart holiday bundles from musebeautypro from your link. I've never tried ESUM brushes, but our eye shape is SO similar that I'm 100% sure I'm going to love them!! 💗💗💗
Iris loves Life - I also ordered Michele's set and the Sonia G Sky set. I already have a couple of Esum brushes and they are very nice. And what can you say about any Sonia G brush except they are wonderful. I am excited that Michele's set has a couple of sable hair brushes which I've really been wanting.
Great review and comparisons! I appreciate the thoroughness, because it makes me consider things I haven't thought about in the details and use of each brush. I pre-ordered these, but I still learned a lot from watching. Thank you!
I would really love a video on natural hair brushes. I see a lot on shapes and how to use them. But I’m new to natural hair brushes and knowing what kind of hair is used for what and the purpose. Like how the dyed goat hair is only for powders not creams. Or video recommendations if you can’t make a video!
So amazing review, with respect and honesty!!!! So love you for that!! They look so gorgeous, especially Soft Shader!!! Comparisons are perfect, as always, full of details and super observative!!! Much love and so happy for your collab!!!
Thank you michelle! Jist found your videos thanks to WG. Your videos resonate with me cos i am Asian and have similar eyes as yours. It's great to see how how the brushes are being used on our eyes. I also watched your SG pro set review. I am 46, have hooded eye lids and just learning eye makeup to help myself look younger. Very quickly learnt the standard eye brushes i bought from sephora are too big from my eyes and need something more precise. Would love to hear your thoughts on which set is better for my small hooded eyes, the sky or pro set? Thanks so much!
Omg, never clicked so fast on one of your videos. Ok, I probably did before, because I'm always excited to see a new video from you. But I especially love your Sonia G. videos. I found Sonia G. through your videos and will forever be thankful that you introduced me to her brushes!
Good morning Michele 🥰. These are absolutely beautiful brushes. I have a couple of her eye brushes already and they are my favorite. I got two sets of yours, one for a gift, so I’m probably going to pass. Love ya 🥰🥰💕💕
I missed these, they were sold out by the time I was able to order. I have the face set and so wanted the matching eye set. I hope they some back soon.
Thank you. You invited questions, so here goes: I am Caucasian, mature (60) and I have medium-sized partially hooded lids, so my mobile lids are one-fourth covered. Though I am in canada, i have not invested in the Rephr brushes, and i do not have Wayne Goss, Esum or Sonia G. eye brushes. For face, my preferred brushes are the Surratt cheek, highlight and face, and for eyes, I prefer using my existing natural hair brushes (armani, Burberry, chikuhodo, nars, etc.). I would appreciate your recommendation, as until yesterday, I was considering the fox hair brushes you purchased in Japan, though I haven't seen you use any of the eye brushes.
Hi! There’s only one eye brush from the silver fox set and it’s a large flat shader, like the Chikuhodo Z-5 so I don’t use it often. I’ve been asked a lot whether or not I think this set will work for hooded eyes and it’s hard for me to say since I don’t have hooded eyes. But I do think the set will work fine, and that the mini booster especially would be great. If you use cream and liquid shadows you may want to try the ESUM sable hair brushes. Hopefully she’ll come out with these brushes individually because I think the mini booster would be great.
You are such an enabler... 💸I too have fallen down the Sonia G / High Quality brush 🤫hole...🤐 I remember you said you like Sable brushes. I would highly recommend the Shu Uemura sable brushes. They are made from what I understand to be high quality🤔 Kolinsky Sable hair. Shu Uemura also have a similar shaped brush to the Esum W35 that you like. Sonia G has reviewed them on her blog🖥. Hope this helps you in your hunt for sable hair brushes. Thank you ☺️ for all the great in depth and very informative content.😘
Nice to see you dip into the Biba palette. Thank you for extensive brush comparisons. 🤗 Sadly, this set was sold out by the time I got off work, always a risk with her sets.
Dear Michelle what would you recommend for hooded eyes or beginners friendly? Your collaboration with essum brushes or Sonia G sky eyes set. You are always true to your reviews, sponsored or not. I trust you! Congrats again! xx
I don’t have hooded eyes so it’s hard for me to say, but I think they would work fine. I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t. Especially the mini booster! Thanks so much Leslie!
Can anyone explain to me how you can pre order these brushes before launching? I mean, I signed up for the release to receive an email and then waited until 7pm (european time) and ordered them. How is it possible to pre order then??
@@jennimac222 haha it was so exiting to finish the order and pay for them, they arrived within two days and I love them! Going to order another set when they restock

hannah roebem I agree. I did pre-order them a day before (I live in NZ). I found out you can do that from the comments in Sonia’s instagram page. I wish Beautylish is clearer on this pre order business.
Oh I have those spots on the corner of my eyes too, I’m excited about getting this set to add to her Pro Eye Set. Fantastic review.🥰. Oh I’m so disappointed with Beautylish, got on the site immediately and put them in my basket and as soon as I hit the pay button it told me they wee sold out.😭

I feel that I have found the true one and this feeling makes my eyes tearing up. Thank you so much for completing my morning and night routine.
Michelle, have you ever heard of Koyomo brushes? They're extremely interesting. I guess Koyomo translates to 'Ancient goat' because the hair they use comes from goats from the 70's and it's, supposedly, the softest goat hair. I recently started buying brushes from CDJapan(awesome prices and surprisingly fast shipping) and they not only have these Koyomo brushes, but they offer free engraving on them. I recently bought a set with my name on Japanese characters and they're so awesome.
Would you consider Natasha's Creamy mattes a powder formula or a cream/liquid shadow? These are my 1st Sonia G brushes and I want to not ruin my brushes using them with the wrong products
Do you know why Sonia G went with dyed goat hair for a lot of her brushes? I'm just wondering if it was for function or looks. I prefer softer brushes because my eyes are sensitive.
Welp, checked Beautylish at 10:15 and the sets were already sold out. #sadpanda. But glad to have this as a reference. I really love that shader brush in particular.
