The first thing I think of when you run that spool for the reel is it wouldnt take much to pull the rear door lock spool. Would you not be better having a thumb button to press to live the spool. As a backup??
@rumpoh8039, the principle behind this tanker is that the rear door will be open before you tip the tanker for unloading. It main function is to help remove sand and grit that normally accumulates at the bottom of the barrel, in a normal slurry tanker that that works on farms that bed with sand in a lot of instances they use hydraulic drive agitators to keep the sand suspended in the liquid. However in this application the heavy material settles needing the rear door to open and the increased angles allows the load to be discharged safely. The safety props can be placed on the door allowing any stubborn material to be washed out. hope this helps clarify.
This guy knows his stuff, brilliant engineering, well done to all concerned.
Thanks Richard!
It looks like the Irish agricultural machinery manufacturing sector is now world-class. Well done.
Innovation is the way indeed.
Thanks 🙌
Brilliant idea
Thanks Russell!
NC, top class equipment and top class video demonstrating in fairness, such a cool piece of equipment, shame I don’t have a use for it
I'm sure if you had it you'd find something to do with it Paddy! 😅

The best spokesman-salesman…
@gregj7916 thank you he will be please to hear this comment.
Good man Rab, he could sell snow to the Eskimo’s 😂
Thanks Trevor
Can you make an 1100 gallon tanker with a stepped axle ?
@AgriSpec4370, Yes if you contact NC direct (Contact details on website) we will be able to direct you to your local dealer & help spec your tanker.
DO NOT RAISE A STICKING LOAD
OR A LIQUID LOAD
THAT IS A DEATHTRAP.
The tanker will not be tipped up when it is full of liquid. It will only be tipped up when cleaning dirt and grit out of the bottom of the tanker.
FAR TOO DANGEROUS
CENTRE OF GRAVITY OF LIQUID
OF UN KNOWN SURFACES = TIPOVER.
