Reminder for the viewer, those four pack are meant to contain the flowers temporarily. They are going to need to be up potted eventually. So make sure you have a container that will fit in it when is time to do so.
Nice little project. I would try playing with the dimensions of some of the boards and you might be able to make the whole thing with one fence pickit to keep the material cost down if you want to sell them. Like the back boards could be 2 3/4" by ripping the full sized board in half instead of 3".
