Can you help me ID this station?

Hello radio fans. Way back on 14th March 2021 I received this station on my old GDR Strela Konkret 1401. I think the frequency was around the 5.950 region as the file name I saved it as was 5_95.
Anyway, I'm trying to ID the station but I can't quite figure out the name before the pips.
Do you recognise it? Can you help? Please UA-cam, work your magic and make me happy :)

I’m guessing that this is the Voice Of Turkey :)
They broadcast around the 5980 kHZ mark, so I might be wrong on that one, but the language is definitely Turkish sounding.
