Hi when I switch my engine on and drive I have full boost when I switch off and come back to the car switch on again I have no boost thank the car has gone into lip mold I switch off switch it back on and then I will have full boost what kind of problem be Chrysler 300c Crd 30L
got e280 cdi “kangarooing”, fault code 2510 which is turbo actuator, stripped it, solder and gears are fine but i noticed that actuator had been rebuilt before, can it be wrong one then?
Hi there, i have similar issue where when i floor the car (chrysler 300c crd) the car kangaroo's. Symptoms very similar to misfire on petrol engine but is a diesil. I checked turbo actuator and the gears are spot on, all connections are sturdy so can rule this out. Any other idea where i could be looking?
What part number for actuator should be on a Chrysler 300c crd 3.0 2007?
I just solder the down two but it didn’t help. Should I solder all the other once as well?
Check with a multimeter if there are connections on every wire.
Is the G number the important number on these when purchasing ??

Might be worth looking at turbo inlet leaks. The pipe from the airbox to the turbo gets brittle over time and cracks.
Did you need to recalibrate the actuator once you replaced yours? Or just a straight swap over part?
Just as straight swap as long as its the same model
Is the code P0046 ?
could be a realy useful video, but no volume at all cant hear a word hes saying.
Did you have it on mute? Cause there is plenty of volumn
