Thank you! Going to try this out. Our 4 month boy ferret has had so many accidents. We had bought him critter litter and the corner triangle litter tray, he would just play in it. We tried the pads and he also plays with it. Going to try to get an actual cat litter box and those pellets and see how it goes.
My baby ferret poos everywhere even if it's a corner so I'm second guessing about letting her free roam only because she's pooping in places that aren't even corners so I'm in a tough spot
Yes I rescued one. Then had to re home her ...go a new dx of asthma of my son. I litter box trained Morgan and found her an awesome home w a coast to coast truck driver. I used cat litter for her
Great video. The question I have is by covering the pans inside of the cage, will the ferret not pee on them? right now I’m fixing to buy a little Chihuahua dog bed to put in there plus some plastic totes like what you have.
I’m so lost when it comes to litter for my ferret! I bought some “Feline Fresh” pine pellets for her after I watch your video because she wasn’t really liking the ferret litter she had, but when I got home thought, hmm… I’m going to google it just to be safe and I read over and over that it was not good for ferrets respiratory and liver so now I’m freaked out again! I’m so scared I’m going to kill my poor baby!
The pine pellets she got are safe for ferrets. We use them for our ferrets too. What you need to watch out for is that they aren't inhaling all that dust from their litter. Pine pellets are always fine. But if they go crazy and dig through all their sawdust then you have a problem. Or if you don't clean it everyday. That is also a problem. But it's totally safe as long as you don't see them inhaling a whole bunch of sawdust
So kind of thinking of it as a big rat then. And if its litter trained then good, if not keep an eye om them. My dog eat props so best to keep it locked away when not there.

I feel like the boys are easier. I had a girl that only liked puppy pads and she had to choose her potty area. I had to move my furniture for her.
The litterbox doesnt fit in my cage what now
great tips!

unfortunately I don't speak English and I need the information
Can you take our favorites
I would love to know the information but you speak very fast and the subtitles go by faster than you speak and I can't understand anything 😢
