    Super cool! Is there a way to make it delay a couple seconds to happen at the end of the equip anim? So the player can line up where they want to go in that time?

      Yes, I haven’t tried it yet, and the second system is a bit odd in forge, but if you use a do every 0.01 second loop to store the current players coordinates, it would be possible

    Is there a way to make a object mimic your movement
    Say you go right it goes right
    For a forge experiment in the future

      I’ll take a look! But I think it is!

      Theoretically it should be absolutely possible, just have it always move 10 X from the current player position

      Yup, just increase the X value, or any of the three values, and thanks!

    What if you combine it with the marking system? Could you mark where you want to teleport and then teleport to that location?

    • @halohunter5283
      @halohunter5283  2 роки тому +2

      If the marking position has a 3 Vector, then yeah! I think so, I’ll have to try it

      Yeah, someone has already done it and with 2 "portals"
      Saw it on twitter so idk what the name of the video is on youtube unfortunately

      I just did it as well, it’s fairly simple

    So the X value is however many feet or whatever distance in front (or behind) of the player? Would Z be vertical? So you could teleport in the air too?

    • @halohunter5283
      @halohunter5283  2 роки тому +2

      Yup you could teleport in the air! I don’t remember the exact measurement the axis is on, but you have the right idea. The front or behind is dependent on which way the object is facing which can be confusing at times
