Hi, my name is Maggie - I don't know why but I thought about Leo today- for the first time in God knows how many years -and stumbled on this. I was at Nene College and was in a band during that time. I remember Leo vividly. So sorry to hear that she is no longer with us. I wasn't a close friend, but moved around in the same circles-not hard. There was a club called Das Boot, a few pubs and that was the height of it! Leo was distinctive, talented, outrageous and beautiful. And this is lovely.
Hi Maggie! Thanks for your lovely response. It bought a few tears to my eyes because the whole reason I made these tributes is because I could find no record of Leo on UA-cam which was so wrong for someone that made such an impact on so many. I am so pleased that you found this : ) The club you're referring to was Das Bunker, & was where I met Leo, so our paths probably crossed! Take care : )) x
Sophie I hope the tears are *happy sad* coz as much as I miss Leo these are very happy memories of my time with your mum, doing what she enjoyed. I'm afraid I only have the two recordings that are on my UA-cam page & the photos that were taking during that time. We did record another track anonymously with The Gunslingers after a party, but I've not been able to find the track as yet! There are a few photos from that session, will try & dig them out ; ) Much love to you & yours xxx
Sophie, I may have told you this already, but I lost touch with Leo for several years & couldn't find her anywhere online once we had the luxury of the internet! When I felt the bombshell that she was no longer with us I made it my mission that anyone searching Leo Casey would find some record of her musical existence.... she was a star, a very bright star : ) x
Was randomly thinking of Leo today and found this! Leo taught me how to enjoy music and introduced me to Guinness, I miss her loads. Thanks for uploading these vids Stevie. Rob
Simone! I feel very lucky to have felt a part of your family during those years, with all the laughs, madness and music. I owe your mum so much. Mum’s ok thanks, hope you and Sophie are doing well, I think I last saw you around 2005 on Bridge Street! x
Oh YES!

Robin! She thought the world of you... really, truly. Her favourite pupil of a controversial, quirky, like minded family. How’s Anne? X

This is amazing, regardless of how much it makes me cry seeing it! Do you have anything else of her, music or picturewise?x
